When the founders of GutCheck started one year ago, we had one goal. And that was to deliver specified research participants within minutes. We had some ideas on how we were going to do it, but it was all on a drawing board at the time.
Through our beta work and the initial release of our product, we have fulfilled our goal with the help from some great partners like uSamp. On average, it takes around 4 minutes to deliver a specific research respondent (e.g., 18-50, HHI of $50k +, living in the West, and is an intender for a certain category). This is pretty consistent from project to project.
Why is that important might you ask? We have had several clients who were able to do 30-40 in-depth interviews in a matter of a day or two from the time they initiated their project. Imagine establishing your research objective, developing your interview guide, identifying the screener for your respondent and instead of calling a recruitment facility (or multiple facilities across the country), hiring a moderator, and scheduling a facility, you are in the field (virtually of course), gaining key insights in a matter of minutes.
